1. Data We Collect
- Account: name, email, phone, role, company.
- Assignment: claim numbers, vehicle/property details, photos, estimates, location.
- Payment: payment-method tokens via Stripe (we never store raw card numbers).
- Telemetry: device/IP, audit log of platform actions.
2. How We Use It
To deliver the service, route assignments, process payments, prevent fraud, send SMS/email notifications, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data with sub-processors (Stripe, Twilio, Resend) strictly to provide the service, and with counterparties on the same assignment (e.g., the assigned vendor sees the client name). We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Account records are retained while your account is active and for 7 years after closure for legal/audit obligations. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal holds.
5. Your Rights

6. Security
TLS in transit, bcrypt password hashing, HMAC-signed webhooks, Stripe Connect Express for payments, and least-privilege access controls.
7. International Transfers
Data is processed in the United States. By using the platform you consent to this transfer.
