1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be 18+, authorized to do business in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Roles
- Clients post claims/assignments and pay invoices via Stripe escrow.
- Vendors accept assignments as independent contractors and receive ACH payouts through Stripe Connect.
- Attorneys & IA Adjusters use the platform under their respective role workflows.
- Carriers operate at insurance-grade scale with subscription tiers.
4. Acceptable Use
No fraud, harassment, scraping, reverse-engineering, or interference with platform integrity. Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban without refund.
5. Fees & Subscriptions
Boosts, subscriptions, and platform fees are disclosed at point-of-sale. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Independent Contractors
Vendors are independent contractors. No employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship is created with the platform.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The platform is provided "AS IS". Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. Outstanding payouts and open assignments survive.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
