1. Independent Contractor
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of the platform. You control the manner and means of performing each assignment.
2. Scope of Work
Each assignment is a separate engagement defined by the accepted bid, direct-assignment terms, or rate-sheet pricing.
3. Quality & SLA
- You will deliver complete, accurate work product within the cycle-time targets disclosed at assignment.
- Continued performance below platform scorecard thresholds may reduce dispatch priority or result in removal.
4. Insurance & Licensing
You represent and warrant that you carry all licenses, certifications, and insurance required to perform assignments in each jurisdiction you operate.
5. Payment
Funds flow through Stripe Connect Express. Platform fees are disclosed in your payout history. ACH transfers settle to your linked bank.
6. Confidentiality & Data
Claim data is confidential. You may not retain, resell, or use it outside the assignment.
7. Tax
You are responsible for your own income, payroll, and self-employment taxes. 1099-NEC will be issued where thresholds are met.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Open assignments must be completed or formally released.
